An awareness program titled “How to Make Your Home Safe?” was organized by building technology and ideas ltd. on 27th August 2016. The program took place at bti’s head office in bti Celebration Point.
The two-hour program which started at 4:00pm included high officials of bti as spokespeople. F.R Khan – Managing Director, Noor-E-Alam Rana- General Manager- Sales besides others were present in the event. The program was organized with an aim to raise awareness among the apartment dwellers on how to make their homes safe. Issues discussed in the event comprised of apartment fire safety, earthquake safety and lift maintenance and safety. A Q&A session was held where customers could ask their queries regarding apartment safety.
bti Premier Plaza is a modern establishment covering 68 kathas. Its 2nd floor to 4th floor contains shopping mall, the fifth floor consists of an atrium and residential apartments exist from 6th to 14th stories of the building. The residential part of the building is spilt into five towers.
The bti section (around 70,000sqft) of shopping mall comprised of home n décor which is a sister concern of bti. Home n décor, a modern shopping mall established by bti provided a world class shopping experience in Bangladesh. In the fire incident, valuable electronic equipment of home n décor and all of its products were completely destroyed, resulting in financial loss for the company around Tk. 100 crore.
To make homeownership affordable for the consumers, building technology & ideas ltd has recently signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the leading international bank in the country, Standard Chartered Bank Bangladesh. In this joint venture partnership, SCB is offering home loan with attractive interest rate, as low as 8.75% and 50% discount on processing fee for apartments purchased from bti.
Building technology and ideas recently arranged a two-day apartment fair, titled bti Summer Fair. The fair took place on 27 and 28th May 2016 from 10am – 7pm at bti Landmark, which is situated at the prestigious location of West Khulshi, Chittagong. (more…)

bti Customer Club arranged the Foreign Doctors Program on 02.10.2015 & 03.10.2015 at Hotel Radisson Blu, Airport Road Dhaka. This event involved doctors who came from Singapore, from Medi Consultant Ltd.
On September 12, 2015 we had an Earthquake Awareness seminar for our customers. The presentation was done by the reputed Professor Dr. Jamilur Reza Chowdhury, from BUET. Earthquakes are a very important topic for apartment owners to know about, so bti arranged this seminar for common education. We at bti have experts working on the construction of all of our projects, but in case there is an earthquake that is extremely high on the Richter scale, our customers must take the necessary precautions.
Our Managing Director, Mr. F.R. Khan, conducted the entire program. Representatives of other companies with whom we have alliances with Lafarge Surma, BSRM, SCB, DBH were also present there. (more…)
